What happens with the unkind comments and sarcastic looks? Where do you put the clutter that fills your mind? The chattering in your head that tells you, you will fail...again. How do you dismiss the comments from years ago that come rushing back when you struggle? We can be our own enemy at times, but how do we let go of all the clutter and chatter in our minds? Simple steps can take us to the path of hope and change. "I took my troubles to the Lord; I cried out to him,and he answered my prayer." (Psalm 120:1) Take your troubles...all the junk swirling around in your head to the Lord. Tell the Lord about your hurt, bumps, bruises, and doubts. Why? God understands, and he has all the answers. Sometimes it's easy to lose sight of the fact that Jesus carried his cross, the cross he died on to save us. Jesus choose pain and death to make a way for us to be free. This week every struggle, every hurt, and every  failure take it to the Lord. Tell him what you are encountering and ask for his help, strength, and wisdom. You aren't alone.
