New Year goals...

Well, it's the top of the year, and normally it is the time of resolutions and goals. I have a list started, and I'm trying to be realistic. I enjoy making a list of goals, but I am a little worried I won't complete it.  In Psalm 104 the psalmist made a list of what God had done, and then said, "May he be pleased by all these thoughts about him, for I rejoice in the Lord." I decided to make a different list... a list of what God has done for me because it is a list that brings me encouragement, strength, and great hope for 2016. I do set goals, but I know I may fall short. Life make take a different turn, but God never fails me. So as we make our goals and plans, write down what God has done for you, and what He promises to do. Then put a check next to each listed item because God keeps His Word.
