Leaders come in all shapes(😊), ages, genders, and personality, and it's been stated that everyone is leading someone. I've observed a few unique leaders that have changed my life. Recently, I watched     one of my children lead outside of their comfort zone. I literally had a front row seat. Few words were spoken. Respect was obvious. Change was clear. As I work through the book of Joshua, his leadership characteristics jump out of the verses. In chapter 5 Joshua leads by physically going to the new destination God had for Israel, but he runs into a possible problem. Joshua doesn't avoid the conflict, but he addresses the issue immediately. Then Joshua chooses to to submit to God. Great leaders remember at the end of every day God must be obeyed. Wherever you lead; whoever you lead  put God first.
