What is the morning like for you? As I think of school starting, I am reminded of the craziness of rushed mornings and tired kids. A good day starts with a cute little girly face in my face, a shower, coffee, and reading God's Word. How my day begins determines the direction of it. If I start in God's Word, I tend to respond better to life, and I remember what's really important a little quicker. I read this verse in Psalm 17 verse 15 "And me? I plan on looking you full in the face. When I get up, I’ll see your full stature and live heaven on earth." Living heaven on earth is also stated in another version as being satisfied. Satisfied means content or it can also carry the idea of convinced. If we are satified does the day before us look differently? David starts his day planning on looking to God. What's on your schedule tomorrow? Do you have God listed? Try writing God on your planner this week...each day. Check it off just like the trip to Target. Why? David saw life in a unique light because he was living "heaven on earth". He spent time with God so he approached life differently then others. He saw through special glasses.
