We just finished our "mid west tour" vacation, and we had a great time. There were many highlights (swimming, boating, water park, cousins, Chicago pizza), and we enjoyed seeing friends and family. It was so nice to be together, and I loved being with my husband! I'm still struggling with him working now. Last year we went on the "mid west tour", and it was fun but it was hard to say good-bye again so soon. Our trip home to Pennsylvania last year was very emotional. Hearts were hurting... This year there were still tears but hearts were good.

How's your heart? Proverbs were written to help our hearts. Proverbs 14:10 says, "Each heart knows its own bitterness, and no one else can share its joy." We each walk through life, and everything on our life journey impacts our heart. Each of us process life differently; each of us has a different heart. Even if two people experience similar circumstances, it impacts our hearts uniquely. No one knows exactly how we feel or what's in our heart...no one but God. God truly knows us.

It's ok if we feel like no one knows how we really feel because no one may truly know...but God. God knows our heart. So if your heart is overflowing with joy, God knows. If your heart is hurting, God knows. Talk with God about your heart, He truly understands.
